The Insignia is Entegra's first executive-grade Class B camper van, built on the Mercedes-Benz® Sprinter 3500 XD AWD chassis. It targets buyers at the top of the Class B market, those who want passenger-carrying capacity for nine people, premium European-style finishes, and the safety and drivability of a current-generation Sprinter, all in a single floor plan that doubles as a road-trip vehicle and an off-grid basecamp. The Insignia sits at the top of Entegra's Class B lineup, above the Arc, Ethos, and Expanse.

The Insignia is built on the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 XD AWD van with a 2.0L inline-4 turbo diesel rated at 211 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and a 250-amp alternator. AWD with torque-on-demand sends power to all four wheels as needed. The chassis runs LT215/85R16 all-season tires on aluminum wheels, a 24.5-gallon fuel tank, a 5.8-gallon DEF tank, and a 5,000-pound rear hitch receiver with a 7-pin connector. The E-Z Drive™ Elite ride and handling package adds front and rear Koni® shocks and a heavy-duty rear stabilizer bar.

Driver-assist tech on the Sprinter chassis is comprehensive. The Insignia includes the Mercedes-Benz MBUX 10.25-inch integrated infotainment center with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC®, active lane keeping assist, Active Brake Assist, crosswind assist, hill start assist, traffic sign assist, attention assist, breakdown management, an emergency call system, the electronic stability program, blind spot assist, a parking package with backup camera, rain-sensing wipers, headlight assistant with LED high-performance headlights, fog lamps with cornering light function, a partial LED tail light treatment, power folding and heated side-view mirrors, remote keyless entry, a smartphone tray with wireless charging, a charging package in the dashboard, and driver and passenger airbags. The cab uses heated power swivel driver and passenger seats, a leather-wrapped tilt steering wheel with integrated controls, and a 12-volt power outlet in the driver's seat base.

The exterior runs a custom fiberglass body kit with a chrome grille package, a Carefree® armless motion-sensing patio awning with LED light strip, fiberglass running boards for the cab and entry doors, mounting rails for a roof rack, an LED-lit concealed utility center built into the body kit, a 120-volt exterior outlet, rear window defrost, and a third brake light. The Winegard Air 360 TV antenna is standard, and Starlink satellite internet is included as part of the Customer Value Package.

Inside, the Insignia runs Tecnoform® European-style cabinetry that hides control panels for a clean look, residential vinyl flooring, a soft-touch vinyl ceiling, dimmable high-intensity LED ceiling lights, dimmable RGB accent lights throughout, two 24-inch LED HD TVs, and the JBL Premium Audio experience. A powered skylight above the captain's chairs includes both a screen and a night shade. The Firefly Multiplex command system handles lighting, climate, and other coach functions through two 7-inch wall-mounted touchscreens and a mobile app. Privacy treatments include a powered rear screen and blackout shade, plus a privacy shade for the sliding door window. An adjustable table with multiple mounts handles dining and work setups.

Seating is a defining feature of the Insignia. The cabin includes four captain's bucket seats (two front cab plus two additional bucket seats with slide and recline features), two rear jump seats, and a 68-inch power rear sofa, with seatbelts in all seating locations for safe travel. The rear power sofa converts at the touch of a button into a 68-by-76-inch bed.

Power and water systems use the Timberline Binar 5D 17,000 BTU hydronic heating system with an LED touchscreen, a 13,500 BTU 120V Coleman®-Mach® 10 air conditioner, a 2,500-watt LP generator with auto-gen start, two 150-watt roof-mounted solar panels with dual controller, a 12-volt lithium house battery with disconnect switch, a 2,000-watt inverter, 30-amp electrical service with a detachable power cord, and a 12.2-gallon propane tank with LP quick-connect hookup. Heated grey holding tanks with a 12-volt pad, a black tank flush, a winterization drain system, and a water filtration system extend the camping season into colder weather.

The galley pairs a solid-surface countertop with a 3-cubic-foot Vitri® stainless steel refrigerator, an induction cooktop, a convection microwave, and a stainless steel sink with cover. The wet bath includes a shower with magnetic curtain surround, a foot-flush toilet, the Aqua View® SHOWERMI$ER™ water-saving valve, a powered roof vent, and storage cubbies.
