For sleeping, every Thor Chateau includes a cab-over bunk above the cockpit, useful for kids, guests, or extra storage. Master bed configurations vary across the lineup: the 22Z, 28G, 28Z, 31E, and 31H feature a Queen-size bed, the 29K steps up to a King bed, the 31E adds bunk beds that fold into a closet when not in use, the 19Z's rear U-dinette converts into a bed, the 19X and 25Z use twin beds that combine into a King, and the 21Z is configured with a full-size bed for compact-footprint travelers.

For solar and off-grid capability, all ESpec Chateau models come solar-prepped with a roof backer and wiring routed to the kitchen base cabinet for easy panel installation, and the 28Z, 29K, 31E, and 31H include a factory-installed 100-watt solar charging system with power controller.
